Hey a fellow New Hampshire runner? Saw your mention of the Smutty Nose Half Marathon which I am currently training for! Did you by any chance run in the Rock n Race in May? Love that race!!!!!

    • Pete Larson says:

I did run the Rock N Race – I live in Concord. I’m considering the
Smuttynose Full Marathon, but leaning right now toward Clarence DeMar.

Love your taste in music. :-)

I’ve pretty much settled on using barefooting as a form tool as well. I don’t think I would want to do it for all my runs, but I see it as a very useful tool for working on form and strengthening the feet.
