My buddy Thomas had his son, “Barefoot” Theo review the kid’s Skechers GoRun Ride. Why “Barefoot” Theo? Because Theo runs a barefoot lap up and down the sidewalk every day before Thomas leaves for work, even in winter (evidence here).
In keeping with the theme of the post on adolescent foot strikes that I just put up a few minutes ago, I asked Thomas if these shoes would end Theo’s barefoot days, to which he responded “nah, I think the spontaneity of the morning runs will keep him barefoot.”
Good news, keep running Theo!

I’ve heard people say that if everyone ran, there would be no war. I totally believe that, except we have to carry comic books.
Maybe I’ll try my next long run with a comic book in hand…
