Speaking of respect, show some for those of us who worship Jesus Christ. Please.

It lasts a long time and had no issues on runs over 20 miles. The guy who created it was a former athletic trainer. I’ve used it for a while with no problems.

I was surprised to read about the staining you mentioned. That was a big concern for me since new gear ain’t cheap but I haven’t had that issue.

I’d never heard of Red11 either, but looks like they may be out of business. Anyway, thanks for the info. I’ll be doing some band aid trimming to test it out!

I tried it for a half-marathon and it stayed on without any issues (and I sweat a lot!). Cheap and effective solution, and better than using an entire Band-Aid for those with chest hair.

You can get a roll or sheets of moleskin and cut nipple sized squares, trim the edges round. You can put tissue or cotton in the middle to make removal easier.

This stuff will stick on and might be tough to remove but you won’t be chafed.

Compression shirts reduce friction, as does BodyGlide and other products, but for very long runs you will probably find you get some amount of chafing regardless.

You should always be careful! You’d never know when your sports bra will betray you. You might be surprised when you take off your bra and find your nipples sticking to your sports bras. Ouch! Better use Nipguards! :D

Not a lot of users of RED11 here. Any good or bad reviews of RED11? Any tips? Thank you!

It’s originally designed for the bag of a milk cow to soften unders and prevent the 5 gallon bag between the cow’s legs from being rubbed raw. Used this stuff for years for a million other uses but running is where it really shines. This stuff works miracles and it medicated just in case it fails during that marathon ut yrust me it won’t. A triathlon runner was asked to do a review while wearing Bag Balm and despite running, swimming, and biking all those miles while wet it never failed. Best of all it’s only $1 an oz. Let’s see your running cream do that.

That’s a great idea. And much cheaper than Nip Guards. But does it hurt to take out the Band-Aid pieces after the run. NipGuards are fairly easy and painless to take out after the workout.
