A reader from Norway indicated that he was able to buy it directly from his Kindle even though he was blocked from buying it on the Amazon website.

Thanks, the feedback is hugely appreciated!!! If you get a chance, Amazon reviews are much appreciated - we went through a small publisher so are doing most of our own promotion so little things like that are really helpful.

Thanks :) Meanwhile I bought the kindle edition and am reading on the iphone.

But audiobooks are really awesome, especially for the time constrained runner. That's also how I first "read" Born to Run.
