I’m an avid runner and I’m interested in buying a racing shoe. I wanted to buy these spiked Nike Track and Field shoes but I was going to run in them spikeless. I wondering  is it wise to run with them on asphalt or gravel spikeless

At $36, I couldn’t resist ordering a pair.

Super light, comfortable, and seem to have good traction on all terrain. I have wider feet so these are snug but thankfully not too tight. And can’t beat the price!

They are really my only shoe from track work to marathons — in fact I have done four marathons in them with one at sub 3hrs. I can get 400+ miles out of a pair. Definately my favorite shoe.

I have brooks adrenaline or something, and I don’t really like the feel. For some reason I have super strong shins, so I never get shin splints. I wore my flats every day of track last year and never felt any pain in my shins, just soreness. Also, Mach 13’s are great! The toe box is a little narrow, but I love the heel and the spring!
