They see that change is in the air and instead of fighting it and getting run over, they are embracing it and jumping on the bandwagon. And I think there are a lot of people out there who will never want to go completely barefoot but still want to try to take advantage of some of what barefoot can offer.

Thank you for re-posting this. This is my belief too and I’m glad I’m not the only one. I thought I was going to go crazy with all the barefoot talk lately with no mention of easing into it moderately for those that need to approach it that way. Every runner is different and people need to keep that in mind.
