Clynton – My daughter is 3 also, and she also desperately wants to run with
me. I keep promising to take them to the track – need to do it before
teaching starts back up in a few weeks. Good luck with the back surgery!

Glad you’ve been able to run with your son some. One of the biggest reasons I’m looking forward to getting my back taken care of is so I can go running with my 7 year-old daughter. She’s quite eager to head out for a run with me – she may not even wait for me to get better! And my 3 year-old, running across the living room, proclaimed: “Daddy, I’m practicing so I can go running with you when you’re better.”
