Ted – the book is excellent, and I really liked it in audiobook format.
It’s long (14 hours of audio), but filled with a ton of great stuff about
the history of running. It’s also amazing to see what Bannister
accomplished on a relatively light training load. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!
