Main one for me was calf soreness, maybe a bit of pain on the top of the foot after going to far in Vibrams. But mostly the calves. No male specific issues.

I hope you are still monitoring this blog. I have recently, within the past few weeks, begun a barefoot/minimalist walking/running program. My question is: when you first started out, what physical issues (pain, discomfort, injury, adjustments) did you encounter? I have a few, at least one being “male”-specific.
