Why you get knee pain during run, but others do not?

I also experience knee pain before when wear minimalist shoes and run downhill with heel strike. It definitely not a good form. So what are the causes of knee pain, what are the treatments and how to prevent it during your workouts? HERE may give you some ideas. Or you would share yours from your own experience as well.
