Hi guys,

It's fall here and grass and weeds are chock full of stickery seeds.  I run on trails, (I'm talking cattle trails here) and my shoes get full of stickers.  Most are just irritating, but some will go right through the upper and into my foot.  The worst offender is a type of grass with a barbed tip.  I can avoid the cactus and normal stuff, but these are really aggravating.   After a long run, I can have hundreds of them in each shoe.

My best alternative so far is to not wear socks (they just hold the thorns in) and wear gaiters to keep stuff from getting in around the ankle.  What do you do to keep sticker free?
