Vibram Fivefingers: Interview with Vibram CEO Tony Post and Sneak Peak of the New VFF Bikila Model for Runners

Just came across an interesting video interview conducted by the hosts of The Raw Food World TV Show with Vibram CEO Tony Post (thanks to @thinnmann at http://runbarefoot.blogspot.com/ for posting this!). Among other things, Tony shows off a series of new Vibram models set to be released in the near future. Among these is the Vibram Fivefingers Bikila, which is to be the first Vibram model specifically designed for runners. Watch the interview here:

Interesting video! Can’t wait to see the new Bikilas in the flesh! I’ve been wearing FiveFingers for a few months and love running in them! You can get 20% discount on them atm from lovethoseshoes.com, just quote 5FINGERS at the chekout. I’m seriously contemplating a pair in pink!

Thanks for the discount tip – the Bikilas do look interesting, and the new heel design hopefully will help with blistering. Thanks for the comment!

  2. Very cool Pete! Thanks for sharing this video. I don’t feel so bad now, not having the KSOs, because the upcoming Bikila model sounds perfect! Very apt that they named it after Abebe Bikila. It should be a huge seller!

  3. Great shoes. I am a former 1:06 half marathoner and these are the best shoes I have trained with yet. Great product.
